For applicants to Harbor Group Management Company properties

Findigs can provide a copy of your consumer report within 15 days of receiving your request. You have a right to dispute information in this report. All disputes will be handled and responded to within 30-45 days depending on the nature of the dispute.

  1. Log into your Findigs account
  2. Navigate to the application for the home you applied to
  3. Click on the “Request a report or dispute your information” link and follow instructions

Submit requests or disputes via mail

Need to submit your request by mail? Download and complete the appropriate form, then mail it to the address below with a photocopy of your ID. All sensitive information will be shredded after use.

If you choose to mail your request form, please do not include any sensitive information other than what is requested, and do not email the form. If you wish to send a request digitally, please follow directions for “Submit requests or disputes via Findigs account.”

For all other applicants and residents

You have the right to view and/or dispute the consumer information used in your rental evaluation. Credit, criminal, and eviction history is obtained via Credit Reporting Agencies, either TransUnion or First Advantage. Review your consumer report to find out which agency provided data on your behalf.

Request your consumer report

To request a copy of the information used in your application evaluation, please contact the property manager for the home. You can find their information in the corresponding application via your Findigs dashboard.

Dispute credit, criminal, or eviction history information

If you believe your report contains incorrect or incomplete credit, criminal, or eviction history information, you can submit a dispute to the appropriate Credit Reporting Agency. Please reference your consumer report to find out which vendor to contact.

Dispute identity information

If you believe that the information used to confirm your identity was incorrect or incomplete, please reach out to your property manager or leasing agent. If you don't have this contact information, please reach out to support@findigs.com.

Submit a human trafficking victim request

If you were a victim of human trafficking, and adverse information appears on your consumer report as a result, you may ask the Credit Reporting Agencies to block this information from appearing on your report in the future.

Identity theft victim request

If you believe you were a victim of identity theft, and adverse information appears on your consumer report as a result, you can request to have that information blocked from appearing on your report in the future.

How to identify the property management company for the home

Any home that you can apply to through Findigs is managed by a property management company. They receive your application and make the final rental decision. To identity the property manager of the home you applied to:

  1. Log in to your Findigs account
  2. From your dashboard, navigate to the application for the home and select “View details”
  3. Scroll down to the property management company description, which appears near the rent price and availability date for the home.
